We want to assure our community that the health and safety of our guests and team members is number one. At SCP Hotels, please know that we adhere to comprehensive health and safety procedures including maintaining strict sanitizing of rooms and common areas, as well as reinforcing personal hygiene procedures as part of our standard operating policies. We’ve added the following to our daily operating procedures:
- Hand sanitizer stations can be found throughout our common areas, such as the front desk, lobby and other gathering places.
- Additional daily sanitizing of areas where there is heavy public contact such as reception counters, conference and meeting rooms, etc.
- Any staff who are feeling unwell are asked to stay home.
We are closely monitoring updates by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding COVID-19 and following CDC guidelines and the direction of local health authorities to ensure the actions we take are suitable for the evolving situation.

Cancellation Policy & Booking Flexibility
We know that flexibility is what you need right now. We are waiving cancellation fees for existing and new bookings through April 30, 2020.
If you made a reservation through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) please contact them directly.
